The Spokane, Washington, native, and a graduate of Eastern Washington University, is mostly known for appearing on a plethora of TV series, all in one-episode gigs, and for picking up parts in TV movies. You’ve seen her on primetime from 1974-1988 in Marcus Welby, M.D.; S.W.A.T.; Harry O; Code R; The Streets of San Francisco; The Rockford Files; James at 16 (Lance Kerwin!); Hawaii Five-O (the original, not the remake); Young Maverick; Enos; Cagney & Lacey; and Designing Women. For TV movies, she took a lead in Mother, Juggs & Speed (1978), based on the film of the same name; Warp Speed (1981) with Adam West; and another lead as in The Perfect Woman with Fred Willard, among others. Joanne only has a few feature films on her acting resume, starting with her big-screen theatrical debut as Maggie in Switchblade Sisters (1975), which is also her nude debut.
